Reporting a website technical issue
While Freosan Studios does its best to ensure good website performance, unanticipated issues can and do occur. This page will walk through how to report such issues so that they can be corrected.

Issue tracker
An issue tracker is coming soon. For now, use the Email method for non-urgent issues as well as urgent ones.
Our dedicated email address for urgent technical website issues is [email protected]. Please note that we may not be able to provide status updates to reports sent to this address.
We welcome any technical issue reports sent here, but this address must not be used for any other type of email, including general enquiries or spam. Users found to be repeatedly sending incorrect mail to this address may be blocked, which will make it more difficult for you to report genuine issues later.
