Occasionally, a website error may arise while using a Freosan Studios service. This article will show you how to get back to what you were doing.

Internal errors

A page that looks like the following examples indicates that something has gone wrong with the website. We have highlighted the Error ID in red boxes.

  1. Wait 1 minute, then try again.
    • If you were trying to submit a form at the time of the error, you may need to resubmit the form a second time. This does not indicate a malfunction.

If the internal error returns again even after performing the above troubleshooting steps, something may need fixing on our end. Report the error to us. Do not forget to copy down the most recent Error ID and give it to us, to help us troubleshoot the error.
