Troubleshooting website errors

From Freosan Studios Knowledge Base

Occasionally, a website error may arise while using a Freosan Studios service. This article will show you how to get back to what you were doing.

Internal errors

A page that looks like the following examples indicates that something has gone wrong with the website. We have also added highlighting to the Error ID in red boxes.

  1. Wait 1 minute, then try again.
    • If you were trying to submit a form at the time of the error, you may need to resubmit the form a second time. This does not indicate a malfunction.

If the internal error returns again even after performing the above troubleshooting steps, something may need repair on our end. Report the error to us.

Reporting errors to Freosan Studios

When reporting a website error to us, include as much information as possible on the kind of activity you were attempting to perform, what information you submitted and what you expected to happen. However, do not include personal information.

If an Internal error was ever displayed, make sure you include the most recent Error ID. Depending on the part of the website you were using, it can be found in the following places.

  • Main Freosan Studios website: The Error ID is listed at the end of the Internal error page. It looks like the following: ABCDE-12345-FGHIJ-67890-KLMNO.
  • MediaWiki wikis: The Error ID is listed wrapped in brackets after the "Internal error" or "Database error" heading, but before text that reads something similar to '2026-01-01 12:34:56: Fatal exception of type "Error"'. It looks like the following: 0123456789abcdef0123456789abcdef.

Including the correct Error ID will help us repair the website in a timely manner.
